Pulpit to the Pew

There are usually two schools of thought in dealing with any problem. One is to do nothing and hope it goes away. The other is to do something, even if it is wrong. However, there is a better option. Pray for wisdom and do as God leads.

Brother Livingstone Lambert, our missionary in Tanzania, needs your prayers. His visa application was turned down again! He is scheduled to speak at the ABA meeting in June, if we can get him here.

Arkansas State Mission Project (ASMP) - Brother James Calhoun, Director for ASMP, will be with us in the evening service today. He will give a report on how fund raising is going for the New Liberty Mission in Beebe. Remember our work at Beebe, Arkansas is the goal for Arkansas State Mission Project this quarter. His report will be at the beginning of our Singspiration.

The Lord Added – God continues to bless the church. We welcome Brother Kevin Wilhite to the fellowship of Lakeside Missionary Baptist Church. He joined by letter last Sunday morning on promise of a Scriptural letter.
